Can I approve candidates before being charged for a candidate introduction?

Rupie has a very high accuracy rate for matching candidates to positions, however, if a Rupie candidate is off the mark for what you are looking for, you won’t be charged the candidate. Rupie’s candidate matching improves as additional candidates are dropped. Feedback on candidates will improve the matching process.
